Warranty for Parts fitted under the New Motor Car warranty is covered by the remaining balance of the New Motor Car warranty.
Part sold over the counter are covered for 24 months after the earlier of the hand-over to the End Customer or the installation of the Part into a Motor Car, there are no mileage limitations.
A copy of the invoice for the sale of the Part must be kept or attached to the repair order if the Part has been installed by the Dealer. For the purposes of these terms “Parts” shall also include accessories which are included in the RRMC product program manufactured by or on behalf of RRMC, and bearing the Trade Marks. Upon discovery of a defect in material or workmanship, the Part sold or the Motor Car in which the covered Part is installed should be brought to any Dealer to obtain service under the warranty.
RRMC will then cover the labor to diagnose the failure and repair or replace the failed Part. If a Part covered under the Parts warranty is defective and the defect causes damage to other Parts, then the entire repair is covered by the Parts warranty.
